INTRODUCING "YOUR STORY"

Everyone has a story to tell, and I'm just here to share yours. Whether you're searching for hope, resources, inspiration, or someone to relate to, this is the blog for you!


Each quarter, I'll be interviewing someone about their life with a focus on mental illness, trials, and how the hard things in life affect us. Topics I'm hoping to cover are depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, eating disorders, addiction, grief, trauma, and more. Everyone deserves to not feel alone, and the goal for this blog is to reach people in all stages of life. If you have a story to tell, contact me and let's set up a meeting!


I am so excited to share these stories with you, to meet some incredible people, to provide hope for the hurting, and wisdom from those who have made it out the other side.


I have some beautiful humans lined up for the first few blogs, but I would LOVE to hear from you if you'd like your story to be featured. The process is so easy! Come sit on my couch and sip on coffee or tea - or set up a phone call - and just chat with me. I have drafted questions to create your story in an order that makes sense, and I do all of the writing for you! So if you feel like you have a story to tell, but you don't know how to write it, I'm the girl for you!
